The Ministry for City Development and Environment (BSU) plans the introduction of a funding instrument for projects that makes energy supply to Hamburg businesses more flexible, aiming for a reduction in CO² emissions.

For this reason a concept for type, extent and amount of funding is being developed.  Possible funding actions are identified, and recommendations for funding rates specific for these actions are developed. As ordered by the client, the amount of funding will be defined in correlation to the amount of reduced CO² emission.
