IT security agents need special expertise to define and implement security measures within the information and communication infrastructure of a company, within the IT department or the data centre. This includes planning and organisation, staff restrictions, and technological measures in particular. The universities of Hamburg and Regensburg offered this kind of special training in cooperation with the Ulm Academy for Data and IT Security (udis gGmbH).
