This study aimed to find out whether DFN-CERT software components could be used as a base for design and development of comprehensive early-warning systems in the field of cyber security.  In the course of this project, first steps towards a future application development have been taken. The automated warnings of DFN-CERT have been analysed with regard to the different types of cyber attacks covered by the warnings and with regard to their further processing. Additionally, the provided software components were analysed and implemented locally. Within the reporting period, the draft for an application project draft has been developed based on these investigations and on preliminary ideas of the project partner. In the further course of this project, the draft has been finalised into a full project application.
